Order Stitch Logo Samples

We recommend ordering a blank sample when trying to decide on fabric, size or color.

Sample Policy:

Sample orders require a credit card to be placed on file. You, the customer will have 30 days to review the sample(s) and return them. Nothing will be charged to your card on file unless you decide the keep the sample(s) or do not return the samples within the 30 day time period. If you find yourself needing a few more days, please reach out to our customer service team for an extension. Sample orders over 10 pieces will incur a 20% restocking fee. This 20% restock fee must be pre-paid and is non-refundable.

How to order a sample from our website:

Add undecorated item(s) to your cart that you want to see a sample of. During the secure checkout you will have the option to select sample order. You must enter your credit card information during checkout. Your card will not be charged, but kept on file.

How to return your sample:

You the customer will be responsible for shipping the sample(s) back to our office. Stitch Logo does not send call tags for sample returns. Stitch Logo will not accept returns of items that have been decorated, washed, stained or worn. To ensure cancelation of your Sample Invoice, please enclose a copy of the invoice or online order in the box when you return your order.

What cannot be ordered as a sample:

Most of the products on our website can be ordered as a blank sample and returned. Discontinued styles, USA Made styles and the brands Uncommon Threads and Maevn cannot be returned and therefore cannot be ordered as a sample. You may purchase undecorated items to help save you money while trying to decide. If you do not see the item you are looking for on our website, please call us to check if we can get you a sample and have access to the item.
