Learn what can be returned or exchanged.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the items are received within 30 days from the originial ship date. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, washed, stained, embroidered, screen printed, hemmed or altered in any way. Discontinued items, USA Made items and the brands Uncommon Threads and Maevn are non-returnable. If you are unsure if you item qualifies for a return, please contact our office.

Claims

All claims for shortages and/or discrepancies in shipping or invoicing must be submitted within 5 business days after receiving goods.


Return Instructions

Ship back the items you need to return. Enclose a copy of your invoice or online order. We do not send call tags, so please ship them the most convenient and cost effect way for you.

Refunds & Credits

Let us know if you would like a refund for your return or a credit for future orders.

Re-order for Exchange

Simply place a new order. If you have a credit on file from a return we can apply it to this new order.

Restock Fees

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned and exchanged items.
