Shipping Charges: All orders shipping within the Contiguous US will be charged regular UPS Ground rates. If you are located outside the Contiguous US, your order will be shipped using Priority US Mail. We only ship within the United States and U.S. Territories. Delivery Estimates: Blank orders are normally delivered within 1-3 weeks from the approval date. Customized orders (Embroidered/Screen-Print) are normally delivered within 3-5 weeks from the approval date.
Rush Orders: Do you need your products by a specific date? Make sure to let us know, we will make every effort to meet your deadline without having to charge rush fees and expedited shipping. We can tag your order with the date to make it easy to flag any issues before they arise.
Check the Status of your Order: A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you feel your order is taking longer than our estimated delivery dates, please reach out help@stitchlogo.com to check the status.
Direct to Employee Fulfillment: You have some choices when it comes to delivery to employees. Stitch Logo can ship employee orders directly to their homes or label employee orders to be shipped together for easy distribution. Additional fees may apply. Our Company Store Program might work best if you want your employees to handle the entire process themselves.
