Stitch Logo has been providing high quality custom embroidered apparel for over 20 years. Please contact us with any special requests, we are happy to help.
Performance Fabrics: Lightweight performance fabrics require backing. White and light colored products will show the backing through the material in most cases. We recommend wearing an undershirt or ordering a different colored shirt to avoid this issue.NEW CUSTOMERS
Email a copy of your logo to service@stitchlogo.com. The logo should be clear and decent quality. We accept vector files, JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, and GIF.
Note any special instructions in your email such as: desired size, pantone colors, embroidery placement, change of design or additional text needed.
If you are happy with the embroidery you are currently receiving from another vendor, please take a picture and measure the desing width in inches.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS
Your logo is safe with us and on file. Need to change a thread color, no edit fee required.
Logo design edits can be made for a fee, please include andy special instructions in the comment section at checkout.
Additional set up fees apply only when changing the design.
Standard Placement & Size
FLATS | SHIRTS & JACKETS
- Standard Placement: Left Chest
- Standard Embroidery Size: Under 4" Wide, Minimum Text 0.25" High
- Additional Placements: Right Chest, Left Sleeve, Right Sleeve, Back Yoke.
BLAZERS, SUIT JACKETS & OPEN CARDIGANS
- Standard Placement: Left Chest above pocket with Under 2" Wide design. Minimum Text 0.25" High
- Larger Designs over 2" Wide. Suggested Right Check or On Pocket (will sew the pocket closed).
CUSTOM HAT EMBROIDERY
- Standard Placement: Front Center
- Embroidery Size: 2.1" High Maximum with a minimum text size of 0.25" high
- Additional Placements: Lower Left, Lower Right, Left Side, Right Side. Back hat embroidery depends on the type of hat, adjustable or stretch fit.
CUSTOM VISOR EMBROIDERY
- Standard Placement: Front Center
- Design can be no larger than 1" High with a minimum text size of 0.25" high

Initial set-up (digitizing) fee waived with 12+ piece embroidery order. $75.00 Savings
Standard logo size is under 10,000 stitches. Fits most logos. Additional charge for additional work.

$15.00 Charge to add your personalized text. Standard block or script font. Includes upto 2 lines embroidery such as name and department.
