FREE Logo Set Up for New Customers
Stitch Logo makes it affordable for all businesses to create custom uniforms and apparel by offering all new customers one free logo set up for either Custom Embroidery or "DTF" Direct-to-Film print transfer orders.
You only need to order 12 pieces with the same logo to qualify. You can mix and match styles, colors and sizes to reach the 12 piece minimum. However, if you add hats or mix embroidery with DTF print transfers, an edit fee will apply.
New Logo Embroidery Orders

- PMS (Pantone) color matching. Not all PMS colors are available in thread, but we do our best to match closely.

Embroidery Set-up Fees
All embroidery set-up fees are one-time fees. We keep your logo and information on file for all future reorders. Shirts and hats require a different set up because of size constraints and the shape of hats. You may mix hats with other items, but a one-time edit fee will apply.
Standard Embroidery Application Fees
Our easy flat rate embroidery fees make staying in budget easy. Our standard embroidery rate includes up to 10,000** stitches. We set our standard stitch count high so that it fits most chest size and cap size logos.
Our six standard thread colors are Black, White, Yellow, Gold, Red, Royal Blue. We offer up to 4 additional colors at no cost. If you require more colors, request a free quote.
Don’t worry about hunting for deals! We check every order and make sure any eligible discounts are added for you.
*A Complex Placement Surcharge of $2.00 will apply to Thick Jackets, Blazers, Suit Jackets, Visors, Full Brim Beach Hats, Open Cardigans, and Complex Bags.

Real-Time Machine Monitoring: Our technicians conduct active thread-tension checks during the run to prevent fraying or registration shifts.
Final Post-Production Inspection: Once finishing is complete and prior to shipment, every garment undergoes a final hands-on review to ensure it meets our rigorous standards.
