More Information about Custom Embroidery.

Let us know what size you want your design: Let us know how wide in inches you want your design to be. Design Recommendations: Text cannot be sewn smaller than 0.25" high. Designs with a lot of small details may have to be simplified.

Trying to match an existing embroidery? Email us a picture of the embroidery design with the width in inches.

Standard Embroidery Sizes: Shirt and Jackets no larger than 4" wide. Blazers, Suit Jackets & Open Cardigan no wider than 2". Hats no larger than 2.1" high. Visors no larger than 1" high.

Standard Embroidery Placement: Left chest is standard for all shirts and jackets. Center is standard for hats and visors. A few items require alternate placements depending on pocket locations and brand logos. We cannot embroider on a pocket as it will render the pocket unusable. If you want your design embroidered in a different location, just let us know and we will let you know if it will work on the items you order.

  • Standard Thread Colors: Black, White, Yellow, Gold, Red and Royal Blue. We offer 4 additional colors at no extra charge. If you require more colors, please email us for a quote.

  • Ordering Light & Dark Items? We do not charge for color changes for light and dark items.

  • Performance Fabrics:  Lightweight performance fabrics require backing. White and light colored products will show the backing through the material in most cases. We recommend wearing an undershirt or ordering a different colored shirt to avoid this issue.

  • Ordering a mix of Shirts, Hats or Visors? A logo edit fee may apply due to size limitations.

Is your design larger than the standard 10,000 stitch maximum? 10,000 stitches will cover most left chest size designs. There is an additional charge for additional work. Email us your design for a free quote.
