A: Yes! Within 2–3 business days, we’ll send you a sew-out proof of your logo for approval before production begins. This ensures your embroidered uniforms come out exactly as you envision them.
Q: What if I want my logo to be printed and not embroidered on my polo shirts?
A: Simply select "Add DTF Print Logo" on any product you want with a printed logo. We use Direct to Film transfers to add full color printed logos to uniform tops to keep them affordable and looking great. Then, upload your logo file — we'll match it to your order using your email address.
Q: Do I need to resend my logo for reorders?
A: Nope! We keep your logo on file for future orders, including thread colors and placement details, to keep your company uniforms looking consistent every time. If you want to make sure we have your logo on file, contact our Custom Service Team.
