Can I change the thread colors?
Yes, we automatically set up logos for both light and dark colors. If one of your logo colors is conflicting with your jacket embroidery, we will send you a different option. You can always provide us with Pantone colors and we will match them as close as possible to our thread colors.
What happens you don't approve the proof?
Tell us what you don't like about your company jackets with logo, we'll fix it and send a new proof for you to approve.
Can I order more than one embroidery?
Yes, our website is set up for just one logo option. All you have to do is note you would like to add a second embroidery in the special instructions.When you email us your logo include both and instructions on which one you want where and the size you want it.
Can I put the logo on the back of the jacket?
Yes, but this might effect pricing. Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in teh design. Our standard embroidery price includes one embroidery location up to 9,000 stitches. We are happy to provide you a free estimate.
