Thank your for your order!

If you are a new customer or a returning customer with a new logo, please upload your logo if you have not yet done so. We will match up your order and logo by your email and other contact information you provide. If you have your order number, please include that with the email you send with your logo.


Payment Exceptions: Due to recent fraudulant credit card purchases, Stitch Logo requires ACH or Bank Wire payment for blank orders over $500. After you place your order, it will be reviewed for stock issues and we contact you with payment options.

WE WILL SEND A SECOND EMAIL FOR YOUR APPROVAL IF ADDITIONAL CHARGES ARE ADDED.

ORDERING PROCESS

  • An automatic email will be sent to you immediately after you place your order.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for us to review and process your order.
  • A paid invoice will be emailed to you once we process your order.
  • Delivery time for blank orders is 2-3 weeks.
  • Sales tax will be added to Florida customers only.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Additional charges may apply such as: set-up fees, screen charges, sales tax (FL Customers only), large embroidery surcharge, etc.
  • If additional charges are required for your order, you will receive an additional email with a final invoice for your approval before we process your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for an updated invoice. We will not process your order without your final approval.
  • Delivery time for custom orders is 3-5 weeks.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.
  • Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If your order has already been embroidered or embellished in any way, a cancellation will not be granted.

CLAIMS

All claims for shortages and/or discrepancies in shipping or invoicing must be submitted within 5 business days after receiving goods.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the items are received within 30 days from the original ship date.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, washed, stained, embroidered, screen-printed, hemmed or altered in any way.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned or exchanged items.
