What is the maximum logo size for embroidered visors?
Due to the short height of the front panel, the industry standard height for embroidery on a visor is 1.25 inches, though we recommend keeping it to 1 inch tall for the best fit. If your company logo is naturally tall or square, our art department can help reformat it. Normally we can place text beside the icon rather than below it—to ensure it fits perfectly without running into the stitching on the bill or the top seam.
Do you offer custom visors with no minimum order?
Stitch Logo is designed to help businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietors to large franchises. While we have a 12-piece threshold to qualify for our Free Logo Setup promotion, we are happy to process smaller orders or samples for a small setup fee. Once your logo is digitized and on file, you can return and order as few as one or two personalized hats and visors for new hires, with no minimum restrictions.
